Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322) Build Identifier: When you click on the scroll bar to scroll either up or down on a webpage, the mouse shifts down on the bar itself by 1 pixel. You can demonstrate this by repeatedly clicking on the scroll bar, and then scrolling up or down, then re- click in the same place you let it go from. You will notice that eventually the mouse will travel towards the bottom of the bar. The problem this creates (I have only noticed it on one out of six test computers, which was a laptop with a trackpoint mouse) is that sometimes just clicking on the scroll bar will cause the webpage to slowly scroll down. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click the scroll bar 2. Scroll up or down (amount does not matter) 3. "un"Click, then Click again. Where you click will be 1px down from your first click Actual Results: Mouse pointer shifts down one pixel, also webpage scrolls downward. Expected Results: Normal scroll activity.

This works for me using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050411 Firefox/1.0+ if I understand the bug correctly. Could you give us the build you are using.
