29010 - Mousing over folder on personal toolbar redraws every folder on the bar

Description

- set a breakpoint in nsTitledButtonFrame::PaintImage.
- launch apprunner
- move the mouse over a folder (like bookmarks) on the personal toolbar

expected results:
- hit the breakpoint once as it redraws the bookmarks button

actual results:
- hit this breakpoint once for every container on the personal toolbar, as if 
they are all being repainted because of a reflow

this is probably something in CSS causing a size change on mouseover.

Pink, why exactly does Ben own this bug?  This seems like a XPToolkit or CSS
issue.  Who should own this?  If it's us, re-assign back to me.  Thanks.

as i recall, we talked about this and figured it was probably a problem with CSS 
rules conflicting or something along those lines. I think ben even told me he'd 
take a look at it.

pink/Ben, kbutler and I have been looking at stale bugs (not touched in last 30
days) and this bug came up. I get the sense that this bug is fixed/worksforme.
Is that the case? If it is, could you mark it so?
