290113 - Images load in reverse (images starts loading at bottom)

Happens when veiwing (after inputting a file name and clicking convert):

The new image should load from the bottom up.  I've seen this happen on websites
before, but this is the first instance in which it happens all the time.  Could
it be because of the file size of the bitmap?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://server1.belchfire.net/bootscreen_bitmap_creator/
2. Browse for an image file on your computer
3. Hit Convert
4. Wait for the page to load
5. Watch the image load onscreen.  It should load from the bottom up (aka wipe
up instead of down, not load physically oriented upside down)
Actual Results:  
The image loaded/rendered in reverse (bottom to top/wipe up effect)

Expected Results:  
The image should have loaded/rendered normally (wipe down effect)

The server sends the bottom first and there is no way to fisplay it from the top
first.
In IE you have to wait uintil the image is complete before you can see it.
