When I get a theme, I can install it. But when I get an extension nothing
happens when I go to "tools" - "extensions"!

at <http://www.mozilla.org/quality/bug-writing-guidelines.html> to see the 
kinds of information we need in a bug report. Please report back with more
information after reading those guidelines. In particular, what steps do we need
to follow starting from a *clean Firefox profile* to reproduce the problem?
