With Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-GB; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050321 Firefox/1.0.2 I see the described error message. However, with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050413 Firefox/1.0+ I don't see the error message, the page actually loads, and the lock icon in the statusbar is shown. I guess this was fixed for firefox 1.1 - but I have no idea what checkin did it.
