29017 - manual proxy does not work.

When I start mozilla, configure manual proxy, and try to go to any page outside
of the firewall/proxy, it gives : 
Error loading URL http://www.mozilla.org/ 
for every page, of course with a different url...
The proxy config is correct. 
(I tried www-proxy1.us.oracle.com) this works in netscape.
Debug output when entering the preferences -> proxies :

Just noticed this old bug hasn't been touched. wcoekaer, could you try this out
in M15 and see if this is still a problem? Assigning to Asa for triage.

I've been using Linux with manual proxy for months, just fine. Checked this with
build 2000042113
