Bring up Address book.  Choose any book inside of it.  Click on Tools, then
Export.  "Not enough arguments [nsIAddressBook.exportAddressBook]"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Start Address book
2.   Choose any book inside it
3.   click on tools, then export.

Actual Results:  
"Not enough arguments [nsIAddressBook.exportAddressBook]"

Expected Results:  
Either prompted for a file name, or told me the default file name it was using,
then actually performed the export.
