Yeah, I think an <abbr title> might be helpful here, although it won't show up
in IE...

We'd also want to add a style for abbr[title] if we don't have one already, with
a little "border-bottom: 1px dotted black".

Enclosing it in an <abbr> tag makes sense, but addl wins the Google fight
hands-down, and acronym finder lists it but not addtl:
