FF 1.02 appears to allow 3rd party cookies when they originated at the same IP
address as the current page.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Set FF to allow sites to set cookies but for the originating web site only. No
exceptions.

I have a test page at http://www.qicnet.net/browserTest.htm. It accessess a pair
of javascripts hosted at http://system.ledgerdemain.com. The javascript sources
are actualy servlets. The first script sets a cookie the second retrieves it.
www.qicnet.net and system.ledgerdemain.com are the same server.
When I access the test page it reports that third party cookies are enabled.

I have the same page at http://www.knightsofthenet.com/browserTest.htm. It
correctly reports that third party cookies are disabled.
Actual Results:
It accepted cookies from a third party even though it shouldn't have

Expected Results:
It should have reported that third party cookies were not enabled.
