When, from the options menu, you set your number of stored days for history to
zero, all of your existing history will be deleted.
If the amount of space for the cache is adjusted in the same way, the cache will
be erased as well.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Tools>Options>Privacy and expand history and/or cache
2. In the appropriate text boxes, enter the value 0
3. Restart Firefox and either: 1) Open the history sidebar, or 2) Type
about:cache into the location bar.

Actual Results:
The history and cache were all deleted.

Expected Results:
Firefox should retain your existing history and cache but not accept additional
entries.
IMHO, that how it should work. I can't think of any reason why this should be
changed.
I believe this is expected behaviour. Resolved INVALID?
If the maximum size allocated for history/cache is 0, nothing can be stored
there, naturally. Invalid.
