If the amount of space for the cache is adjusted in the same way, the cache will be erased as well. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to Tools>Options>Privacy and expand history and/or cache 2. In the appropriate text boxes, enter the value 0 3. Restart Firefox and either: 1) Open the history sidebar, or 2) Type about:cache into the location bar. Actual Results: The history and cache were all deleted. Expected Results: Firefox should retain your existing history and cache but not accept additional entries.

If the maximum size allocated for history/cache is 0, nothing can be stored there, naturally. Invalid.
