User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050317 Firefox/1.0.2 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050317 Firefox/1.0.2 PROBLEM 1/ "Print Address Book..." selected, and document is printed, perhaps 2/3rds of the outputed document is in alphabetical order (using "Name" to aphabetize) and the remaining are out of order. 2/ Interesting to note: the remaining names, towards the end of the outputted document document, are Addresses I have most recently added to my Address book. 3/ Also in the printed document: special characters, such as curly brackets {} and bullets ••• are not alphabetized as they appear in Address book (i.e. they are organized so curly brackets and bullets show up BEFORE the letter "A"; this is not the case in the printed doc). RECOMMENDATIONS: Formatting the printed Address book document Why make changes? In my case, I print out all my contact info and stick it in my day timer. The doc that is printed 16 pages. Now I copy paste that info into MSWord, do a bit of jigging, and get it down to 8 pages (running 1 column). If I could figure out how to make it run 2 columns, I could get it down to 4 pages. That's a 400% savings on paper. Now here's my suggestions how to improve this printed doc: 1/ Remove "Card" in front of the Name of the Addressee. 2/ Increase the font size of the Name by 1 point larger than the rest of the info. 3/ Remove 50% of the white space. Perhaps remove the line breaks, separate the indivdual contacts by 1 blank space (what ever is more space saving) 4/ Perhaps reduce the font size by 1 or 2 points. Depending on legibility, hey. 5/ condense the info to run in 2 columns. 6/ Perhaps remove the repeating header/footer "Address Book" and the time/date stamp, and just have it as a bolded title on the first page. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1."Print Address Book..." 2.View printed doc 3.See that the printed page is coming out wonky Actual Results: Printed the document that was not entirely in alphabetical order Expected Results: Should print doc that is in alphabetical order You guys rock! Keep up the outstanding work! Peace, S

Likewise Choosing "View/Show Name As/Last, First" redisplays address book in ascending order of Last Names. When printing the address book, would like to print in this order also, not in the unsorted output currently printed.

The Print Preview of the Address Book shows my huge list of addresses way out of alphabetical order. I formatted it to print out last name first. All the individual address entries are formatted the same way (not with a comma) under "display." Because my Address Book is so large, this is a major problem for me. Please let me know when you plan to have this problem fixed. I can't print out until you do. Thanks, Orest Lewinter 518-489-0654
