The group by option in the view menu is disabled for search folders. It
definitely should be possible to group by stuff. Especially with search folders
where mail is aggregated from different folders this is extremely usefull. I
really like to be able to group by Location.

Expected Results:  
Group by menu should be enabled for search folders.
