Currently the Plugins folder is installed at the same level as the Mozilla Folder by the Mac installer. This is glaringly ugly and unpolished looking. Besides, plugin installs won't be able to find the Plugins folder since it was installed to the wrong location. Nominating for beta1. Have the trivial, low-impact fix in my tree.

Oh yes, the expected behavior is that the Plugins folder should be installed *inside* the Mozilla Folder, not at the same level.
