User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050325 Camino/0.8+
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050325 Camino/0.8+

On some sites, where there should be a pound sign with a number, I see only
question marks. IE: £25 (sterling pound sign numeral two numeral five) appears
as ? (no numbers at all).

At those same sites, if I make a post using a pound symbol, it later displays
fine in Camino, but users of other browsers see "?0„5" where the pound sign
should be.

I suspect it'll depend on the character coding of the site in question, but
we're at the limits of my knowledge there, sorry.

Reproducible: Sometimes
An example site or two (next time you run across one) would be useful, but I
suspect this is a dupe, probably bug 248304.
