We need to have the ability to make a todo list that has a tree structure.
Mozilla Calendar's own web-based todo list proves this is a desired feature
(http://www.mozilla.org/projects/calendar/requirements.html#todo).  Look how
it's sorted - based on topic, in a hierarchy.
