Jason Cawood: Could you provide Talkback incident ID for your crash?
Keywords: crash
I am unable to produce a Talkback incident ID because the program never halted
nore timed out. Windows task manager reported the application as not responding.
Okay, I'm tweaking summary from "crash" to "hang".
Keywords: crashhang
Summary: Crash during import of Outlook mail settings from Exchange Server. → Hang during import of Outlook mail settings from Exchange Server.
This sounds like it belongs to the Migration component since the installation of
the program was already successful if you are asked to import mails from other
clients.
I cannot import my Outlook mail at all. It simply freezes on the
"Import" window as soon as I've selected Outlook at the program I wish to import from and hit "Next". The window doesn't close, but an hourglass appears and nothing happens. I left my laptop on for 6 hours last night and it was still frozen this morning. Two further attempts yielded the same result.

Reporter, does the issue still occur in the latest supported 2.0.0.x / trunk nightlies?

(1.5.0.x is now end-of-life and the latest supported 2.0.0.x is 2.0.0.16)
