Build Identifier: 

Default view for new users is "Normal Headers" -- clicking "Reset to Bugzilla 
default" changes this to "Stagger headers". 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new user
2. Enter advanced search 
3. Click "Change Colummns"
4. Note "Normal Headers" selected
5. Click "Reset to Bugzilla default"
6. Note staggered headers
7. Click "Change Columns"
8. Note "stagger headers" selected

Suggest confirming.  I tried this on b.m.o using IE and the problem appeared.

  I haven't seen it on my landfill installs. Could you try it on landfill, karl?

Problem does not appear on landfill 2.18/2.20/tip, but does appear on b.m.o..

I concur. Confirmed repro on bmo, no repro on tip.

Since it only seems to appear on b.m.o, let's wait until b.m.o is upgraded to
2.20rc2 (which should happen within a few weeks).

I cannot reproduce using 2.21.1+. Maybe this bug was fixed by bug 268146.
