Flikr is a good example, but is possible to reproduce on many other websites.
Picture in flash displays fine, until you scroll down the page at all, the it
disappears, and will not re-appear until you move mouse over it

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to photo page on flickr.
2. Use scroll bar to scroll down page slightly
3. Watch picture disappear

Actual Results:  
Picture disappears.

Expected Results:  
Scrolled down and displayed picture.
