hope i have the right component.

the context menu that opens when any subscribed newsgroup in the folders/account
sidebar is right-clicked currently appears in this order:

Copy Folder Location
Subscribe...
Unsubscribe

Get Messages for Account
Mark Newsgroup Read
--------------------------
Search Messages
Properties...

this is inconsistant with the context menus for every other type of folder
including the inbox, user-created mail folders, subscribed news feeds, trash,
etc.  i'd like to suggest two changes.

1. the order of 'Get Messages for Account' and 'Mark Newsgroup Read' be
reversed.  in every other folder context menu, 'Mark xxx Read' is the first item
after the first separator.  it's slightly jarring to not find it there and
forces the user to have to scan the list for the wanted option rather than it
being intuitive and reliable throughout the application.

2. 'Subscribe...' and 'Unsubscribe' be moved below 'Mark Newsgroup Read' and
'Get Messages for Account'.  the reason being that marking a newsgroup read and
getting new messages are far more common tasks than subscribing/unsubscribing. 
it's also inconsistant for the same reasons as above, but less so as other types
of folders don't have these options.  however, you could liken subscribe and
unsubscribe to 'New Subfolder' and 'Delete Folder', and it also keeps the visual
pattern of the menu consistant - [short (separator) long (separator) short] if
you know what I mean.

so this would be the new menu i'm proposing:
