I need a mailing list. It should be like the mozilla-announce list, in that only
the moderators can post to it but anyone can subscribe. The
moderator/administrator would be me. The new list would be called something like
the Testing SWAT Team and the mailman alias should be swat@mozilla.org
List has been created.  It won't be live until OSL gets it added to our
whitelist (request has been submitted).  I'll post here when that happens.

In the mean time you should be able to log into the admin interface and
configure it how you like (it should have mailed you the password).
OK, it's done.  Apparently it was done a half hour after I submitted it, and
they forgot to CC me on the reply mail :)
