If a user has installed the "Pearson Prentice Hall's TestGen" softwear, it adds
some stuff to the /Library/Internet\ Plugins/ directory. When the Firefox
installer gets to that, it croaks. The files in question all have the phrase
"TGEQ" in them.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install the TestGen software.
2. Try to install firefox
3.

Actual Results:
Bouncing Icon and not much else. No real good feedback, either. I had to check
the console to get some information, and only the malloc_error_malloc was returned.

Expected Results:
Just ignore these files in the folder, and the installer should work OK.
