When Q tags are nested, different quotation marks should be inserted according
to depth, under CSS control. But that is not happening, either by default or
with explicity CSS statements.

Does problem also occur on Firefox nightly/latest-trunk builds?

It appears to have been fixed on the nightly. (That's the 1.1 branch, right?) It
fails on 1.0.2 and 1.0.3.

Fx 1.1(Tb 1.1 too) will be merged version of Fx/Tb 1.0x latest-trunk and Moz
1.8bx latest-trunk.
So I'm expecting the problem will be fixed by Fx 1.1.
