A user on #firefox noticed that Firefox 1.0.2 is not appearing in the list of
updates for the Norwegian localisation. It does not seem to be part of the rdf
file served at the URL above.

The localisation is available at the all builds page:
http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/all.html

Latest nb-NO isn't available (and won't be) until nb-NO locale owner or someone
else using nb-NO's locale build follows the process in
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=fx104l10n-update to notify us that
the update should be made live.
