290515 - Swedish version: Shortcuts for bold (CTRL-F) and Italics (CTRL-K) in Compose window doesn't work - already used elsewhere

The shortcuts for bold (CTRL-F, "fetstil" in Swedish), and italics (CTRL-K,
"kursiverad stil" in Swedish"), don't work. They are mapped to the functions
"Find" respective "Spell Checking" instead.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use swedish version of Thunderbird, compose a new message
2a. push CTRL-F
2b. push CTRL-I


Actual Results:  
Find window / spell checking opens.

Expected Results:  
Toggled bold / italics font.

Actually, both Find + Bold, respectively Spell checking + italics, according to
the menus, have the same shortcuts. Seems someone didn't check the assignings
properly. One solution to the problem is to use the english ones instead,
another to assign new shortcuts for the functions find and spell checking.

Apologies for not finding this bug report sooner. Yes, we should really use the
English command keys here instead of inventing our own.

Use "b" for "Fet" and "i" for "Kursiv".

Fixed on trunk. The 1.0.x branch is closed for localization changes, so the
first release with this fix in it will be Tb 1.1.
