rollover image text doesn't come up when your cursor is left over it, but it
works in IE.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Leave mouse on image
2.Image changes

Actual Results:  
No text comes up.

Expected Results:  
Shown euro you love it.
You shouldn't get a tooltip if you specify an "alt" text. IE gets this wrong.
Use the "title" Tag instead -> invalid
