When going offline, all downloads stops whitout a warning message. After going
online again, the downloads doesnt start again. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.start download something
2.go offline
3.go online again

Actual Results:  
Donloads does not start again.

Expected Results:  
follow the downloads, or show a warning dialog when going offline.
Summary: Downloads stops whitout warning, when going offline. → Downloads stops without warning when going offline.
