When downloading themes the installation fails after cliking the link to
download. The Failure mode experinced is benign in the sense that the only thing
that happens is that you get an un-ending "animated-dots" (upper right of the
browser)

Work around:
After cliking to install the theme:
Select: Tools-Themes
Then: Close the themes window you just opened
Click on the theme link to install again and it will now work!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.cliking the link to download theme
2. Results in theme install failure
3. See the workaround described in details

Actual Results:  
After performing this work around, theme installation was successful

Can you give an example of such link (is that u.m.o?) Is it reproducible on a
clean profile, and is it a new problem in 1.0.3 (i.e., did you see this in 1.0 /
1.0.2)?
