Booting firefox from a fresh reboot of my computer this is what happens.

The Menu bar does not work, same with Favourites(Doesn't show)and Address bar.
You have to close and open again for Firefox to work.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Reboot/Startup.
2. Run Firefox and the problem happens.
3. Restart Firefox to fix it.

Actual Results:  
Exactly what I said in details.

Do you get the same result if you run Firefox in the Firefox safemode ?

I have been facing the same problem in Firefox 1.0.3.
Windows XP, SP2.
Adblock 0.5.2.039, Tabbrowser Preferences 1.2.4, User Agent Switcher 0.6.5,
RadialContext 2004.11.08, vbrowseit 1.0, Popups Must Die! 1.0
 
Firefox ran fine for two weeks after installing 1.0.3 and upgrading to SP2.
 
Restarting Firefox does not fix the problem for me. Finally had to restart in
safe mode to get things working.

If things are working in the safemode it's an extension problem because Firefox
safemode is just Firefox without extensions.
We don't accept extensions bugs in bugzilla, you have to ask the autohor of that
extension.
