While scrolling, mouse pointer shows that scrolling is in progress, but page does not move. All other ways of scrolling work stable (scrollbar dragging, keyboard navigation etc.) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.open vertically long page 2.try to scroll it with sensory touchpad 3. Actual Results: page position does not change Expected Results: scroll horisontal scrolling does not work, too.
