Vertical scrolling does not work while using Synaptics touchpad Virtual
scrolling - it is sensory, but not mechanic, scrolling weel (it works in all
other Windows applications). While scrolling, mouse pointer shows that scrolling
is in progress, but page does not move. All other ways of scrolling work stable
(scrollbar dragging, keyboard navigation etc.)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open vertically long page
2.try to scroll it with sensory touchpad
3.

Actual Results:  
page position does not change

Expected Results:  
scroll

horisontal scrolling does not work, too.
