The 1.0.3 Release Notes say:

    *   Firefox is powered by the same Gecko layout engine as other Mozilla
software. If you encounter a problem with a website that does not correctly
display then it is usually a problem with Gecko, not Firefox itself. Such
problems should be reported in the Browser product (not the Firefox product) in
Bugzilla. 

There is no "Browser" product, that should say "Core".
