User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050412 Firefox/1.0+
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050412 Firefox/1.0+

CTCP source is suppoed to return the URL where a copy of the client can be
obtained, it's fairly simple to support and so i've made a patch for it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. send a CTCP source request to a chatzilla client

Actual Results:
no reply is returned, and the client gets an "unrecognised CTCP" error

Expected Results:
sent the hacksrus chatzilla homepage url to the requestee
