When pasting the URL to publish to in the publish selected events dialog the
Publish doesn't highlight.  A character must be typed on the keyboard to make it
highlight.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select Events to be published from the events list at the top
2. Click File -> Publish Selected Events
3. Paste the URL.

Actual Results:  
Nothing, the publish button does not highlight to be clicked.

Expected Results:  
It should have lit up the Publish button so that it could be clicked, just as it
does when the URL is typed in manually.

Confirmed.  The textbox should use 'oninput' instead of 'onkeypress'.  Patch to
follow.

Still seeing this bug in 20050505 (nightrat)
Same as previous patch, only updated to be current.

Note: Due to annoying firewall problems, I don't have access to CVS.  I built
this diff off of a nightly build source instead.  Does this reflect the proper
directory structure (as opposed to chrome which I was wrongly using)?
