User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050317 Firefox/1.0.2
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050317 Firefox/1.0.2

At the URL https://webadmin.ccbill.com/

mozilla asks for which username to use (which mapps to "Client Account")
after the account/username has been selected from the popup all three fields are
correctly filled in.

Firefox on the other had does not behave in a useable way.

After selecting "yes" to saving the password, and returning to the page, the
fields are partially restored.

the "username" and "password" fields are restored however the "account" field is
 forgotten.

It appears as though the form input "account" treated as a generic text field
and does not get included in the fields to save.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to url
2. enter in whatever as the fields, then select "yes" to saving the login details
3. go back to url, see the account field is missing.

Expected Results:
it should have filled in the account field

setting severity to "minor" as the workaround is to go back to mozilla
