I uploaded a theme to Mozilla Update, but decided I do not want the theme
published  there.  UMO will not allow me to delete the entry.  I get an access
error.  I don't use IRC, and I can't find anyone to contact regarding this
problem, so I deleted my UMO account in hope that the submission would also be
deleted before it is added to the site.  How can I check on this?

Deleting an account does not delete your submissions.  Actually, it makes it
harder to remove them from the database with the UI.  I still see an account for
catthief at_ myrealbox.com

Which theme(s) did you want removed?

Before I knew I had an active account for catthief at_ myrealbox.com I created
one for catthief at_ nym.hush.com.  During the submission process I was denied
the "author" name of CatThief and the usernames for both accounts were listed as
options.  The names appeared as e-mail addresses and I selected one thinking I
could go back and correct things later.  But when I attempted to make a change,
access was denied.  I deleted both accounts hoping to start fresh, but the more
I did to correct the problem the worse the problem became. The old catthief at_
myrealbox.com account must be a leftover from when UMO first opened.  I didn't
even know it existed since I never directly "activated" anything.  I just made a
submission through Bugzilla that was later removed.  I even received an e-mail
several months ago inviting me to open an account but never attempted it since
the developers' area wasn't actually up yet.  I apologize for making a mess of
things.  

To sum it up:
1.) Keep the account (for future use) for catthief at_ myrealbox.com but delete
the "Mostly Crystal" theme from the database.
2.) Remove the account for catthief at_ nym.hush.com plus delete the "Mostly
Crystal (Win + Linux)" theme from the database.

I can't remove the themes via the UI since the tabkle linkages are now broken.  

Please remove all versions with ID=3 or ID=523 and remove the main entry with ID=523
