Jungshik, I see that Arabic End of Ayah is included in 
gfx/src/shared/ignorable.x-ccmap. Maybe we should remove it?

I can confirm this bug, but only using Windows XP. The End of Aya characters
appear fine on linux using firefox 1.04. Looks like a windows 98/XP only bug.

End of Ayah character is shown in both the testcases on trunk. I guess we don't use ignorable.x-ccmap any more in Thebes. There may still be a rendering problem -- see bug 438571
