When I goto customize menu to drag Flexible Space, I draged it right to the
toolbar in between the address bar and the search bar. After I press done, the
flexible space is disabled, I cannot resize the search bar, It's too short.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I right click on the toolbar and choose customize
2. I drag flexible space to the toolbar in between the address bar and the
search bar.
3. I press done

Actual Results:
Nothing happened, It didabled the flexible Space, and id disappears after I
press done in the customize menu.

Expected Results:
It needs to be fixed, because the search bar is too short.

Heres the custom menu.

Heres what happened after I press the done button.
AFAIUI you can't have a flexable space in such a position, since the URL bar is
already flexable (in that it resizes to as big as it can). So this is expected
behaviour.
The search bar is too short, it needs to be longer.
It needs more room... That was the reason I wanted
to put it there. I cannot resize the searchbar..
There's an extension that allows you resize the search bar. Placing flexible
space between the location and search bar wouldn't make search bar resizable.
What exact behavior do you expect in that case?
