Now click on the border that seperates the two frames and you will see that it jumps to the right of the menu. Because of this you can't drag it to the left. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Bookmarks > Manage Bookmarks; 2. Click on the border that seperates the two frames;
