290821 - New Firefox install files failed to install.

User-Agent:       Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1)
Build Identifier: setup files: 1-1.0.2.exe, 1.0.2.exe, & 1.0.3.exe

I can't install Firefox.  I thought this might be a conflict with the 
installed version (0.9.2), so I un-installed Firefox.

Now, I have no Firefox.  Please Help!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Double-click on installation exe 
(I tried this with: setup files 1-1.0.2.exe, 1.0.2.exe, & 1.0.3.exe)
2.  Step through prompts -- choices have no effect
3.  Installation fails everytime

Actual Results:  
same as #278335: installation windows did not fully paint (bulleted 
prompts "Accept/Don't Accept" had no verbiage); installation crashes

Expected Results:  
succesfully install

There is a new installer - bug 326580. Reporter, could you please confirm with a latest 1.8.1 branch nightly? Thanks.
