Description

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; fr-FR; rv:1.7.7) Gecko/20050414 Firefox/1.0.3
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; fr-FR; rv:1.7.7) Gecko/20050414 Firefox/1.0.3

I received an e-mail containing the charset type :
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-15"

and this mail contains the special char "=92" which apparently isn't recognized
correctly... Instead of an "'" (apostrophe) the char "" was displayed...

But if I force the char code of this message to be "iso-8859-1" the char "=92"
is displayed as an apostrophe as espected.

Was the charset "iso-8859-15" used incorrectly in this mail or is this a miss of
special chars in the charset "iso-8859-15" implemented in Mozilla Thunderbird ?

Reproducible: Always
