The complete browser is shutting down. See http://www.de-l.de/mozilla/fehlermeldung.jpg and http://www.de-l.de/mozilla/fehlermeldung2.jpg. These are the result of the action. The website for this mistake was http://www.t-mobile.de/sitemap/1,2385,1367-_,00.html Here you must open the 3D-Sitemap in a new tab and load this. Before the tab ist complete, you close the tab with the "x". I hope you understand my mistake, because my english is not the best. We need a talkback ID from that crash. And if you report a problem about a plugin (in this case Java) add always the used Java version in your bug report. But there is no Java applet on that page ! Do you mean another page, did the page change or do you mean javascript ? Also please don't report bugs from old versions like Firefox 1.0 Can you pelase retest with a current Firefox trunk developer build ?
I'm not certain that this is the same bug or not. If not, let me know and I'll file a separate report. I'm running the latest night's build and if I have an image .jpg, .gif, .png are the three I've tried so far in a tab and I close that tab either by context menu entry of "close tab" or middle clicking, the program crashes. If I have an image open in tab1 and tab2 is a regular web page and I close tab2, all is well, but if I try to close tab1 it crashes. I've filed several talkback reports. They are either under my email address or the following incident id's: tb5991963z tb5991937k tb5991596x tb5991584k tb5991491g I'm running win2k and this crashes the browser every time.
I'm inclined to think that the error that I reported earlier is not a tab error. I should have tried this before, but when the browser has an image (.jpg,.gif,.png) loaded and you shut down the window via the 'x' key, the browser crashes. Should I file a separate bug report
