Details
The internet-draft I've put in the URL field strikes me as a fine idea. Once it
is stable/published, I think we should implement it.

The draft expired on October 2005.
You could change the URL to http://ietfreport.isoc.org/idref/draft-joslin-config-schema/ , which should always point to the last version of the draft.
