The Option "Abrir Enlaces en Segundo Plano" on the Spanish Latin America Version
of firefox is bad translated. With the translation that the program has now, is
the contrary from what it is suppoded to mean.

Also the installer has a translation problem at the step where the user decides
to create the short cuts.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Tools menu
2. Go to advanced section
3. Go to the Tab Browsing section.
4. Second check box
