290948 - Bookmark Toolbar blank when restarting firefox

When I close firefox completely and restart it soon after (some seconds), it
sometimes comes up with a blank bookmarks toolbar (see image). When I close it
down again and restart once more, it starts with correct bookmarks. In rare
cases a third restart is necessary.

Maybe related to Bug 251206   

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Close down any firefox window
2. Restart firefox immediately thereafter

Actual Results:  
Bookmarks Toolbar appears to be completely blank

Expected Results:  
Show the bookmarks belonging to that toolbar

sorry for bugspam, long-overdue mass reassign of ancient QA contact bugs, filter on "beltznerLovesGoats" to get rid of this mass change
