ctrl+n opens a new instance of firefox and all properties of the parent firefox
are lost.... navigation history and so on.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. ctrl+n

Actual Results:
a new instance of firefox opens up with no recollection of the parent navigation
history for the existing browsing session.

Expected Results:
a new instance of firefox should open with the same navigation properties of the
parent firefox app so that you could use the back button on a newly opened instance.
