Everytime the red arrow comes up for a firefox software update I am able to
click on it and it searches for and finds the update. But when you start the
update it just runs and runs without ever progressing. Usually I have to either
go directly to the Mozilla to download or I uninstall Firefox and reinstall it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click on red arrow for update
2.click start to begin update
3.

Actual Results:  
the system runs but never seems to have any download progress

Expected Results:  
update would download in a reasonable time frame and be complete
