Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.I log in to my home page at @ dslstart.verizon.net. My account name is the
same, GANDALF726, and my password is REMOVED.
2.I click on MY WEB PAGES, then from that page ENTER, then I click on "Build A
Site."
3.When I choose "start with a multi-page template"even a blank one, I get the
page that I have pasted above....every time
Actual Results:
I was left with the entire page of computer script that I pasted about. I
attempted it several times, all with the same results.
Expected Results:
It should have displayed my choices for a multi-page template This is a major
problem, as I am supposed to create a website as my term paper for school; and
Firefox is the only browser that I use. =>(

This bug is very likely due to a server misconfiguration. Please immediately change your password, since Bugzilla is publically accessible, and you wouldn't want anyone to do anything malicious with your account.

I have looked through Verizon's website and cannot find any mention of supported browsers for their Site Builder tool. Thom I suggest that you contact Verizon's DSL support and find out if Firefox is a supported web browser for Site Builder tool. If they say no then ask if Netscape 7.x (7.0, 7.1. 7.2) is supported web browser for the Site Builder tool. Most sites that work with Netscape 7.x. work with Firefox. It is possible that Verizon designed the Site Builder tool for Internet Explorer only.

I AM NOT VERY COMPUTER LITERATE AND I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THIS MESSAGE AT ALL, AND WHAT IS MEANT BY "CREATE A NEW ATTACHMENT." ALL I KNOW IS THAT THE PROBLEM STILL EXISTS.
