Not a bug. Enhancement

Reproducible: Always

MS IExplore creates new page as current when Ctrl+N is pressed.

Firefox goes to default page instead.

A new page at the current location is handy when Javascript is used for links
as "Open link in new window/tab" wont work.
Duplicate of bug 18808?
