Sometimes, when the bookmark menu is open, and there are too many
to fit in the window at once, they will start scrolling uncontrollably
as if the mouse was hovering over one of the arrows at the top and
bottom of the menu.
I don't know exactly what causes this, but it happens very often in 
normal use. It also occured in Netscape7.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
This works very often to duplcate it:
1. You should have more than twice as many items than can be shown
at once in the bookmark menu This is to be sure there are enough items
to be scrolled. I have about 104 items in the main menu. It can show
about 42 of them at once.

2. Open the bookmarks

3. Press the "End" key

4. Move the mouse up and down from the middle of the title bar and the
third bookmark on the menu. Doing this rapidly seems to work best. It
usually takes about 5 up-down cycles. It will probably do some normal
scrolling during this, so you might have to press End a few times to
restart this test.

Actual Results:  
The bookmarks start scrolling downward uncontrollably. This also happens
normal use. The steps above are to demonstrate the effect. It also happens 
without doing anything so unordinary.



Expected Results:  
The bookmarks should have remained still.

My settings:
Small fonts (96 dpi)
Screen resolution: 1152x864

This might be the same as Bug# 281288

and with the official non-debian version of 1.0.2 too
