Possibly god chomped up and spat out when it was put into cvs?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Go to https://addons.update.mozilla.org/, bookmark the page. 

Actual Results:  
You get a blank favicon.

Expected Results:  
Should be an actual image, I suspect probably the Mozilla favicon.

I just pulled it on the website, and it's still corrupted.

Might I point out that nobody ever set -kb on that file in CVS?

CVS corrupts binary files if you don't do that.

cvs admin -kb favicon.ico

You can also do

cvs add -kb favicon.ico

when initially adding binary files.
