the page should be loaded completely. missing pieces.  works fine in firefox for
pc version.  also works fine in IE for mac and pc.

view on mac with os x in ie or safari or use pc and firefox

Intermittently, I see just the spider, and no web. 

I may have been seeing this for some time as noted in Bug 289353 comment 5 

It may be some kind of repaint/dirty region problem. If you take out the 
javascript do you still have the problem?

Per comment 1 this has probably been fixed by Bug 289353 "DIVs shift and 
grey areas appear when scrolling page on Firefox", and this report is now
WORKSFORME.
